1 – PURCHASES

1.0 PRICES

The prices shown on Luxurydepartment.it include italian taxes and expedition. Customs duties are excluded for expeditions outside U.E. and must be paid by the Customer.

1.1 - ORDERS

Purchases with Luxurydepartment.it is simple, fun and safe. The customer after having seen the product , will have to proceed the payment and order the shipping.
The online store suggests second-hand original clothing, bags, shoes and accessories of the best brands of international fashion. To surf trough the proposals, simply select the category and proceed to refine your search to view the product selection. Every product has his own description and includes images, price, composition and available sizes.
By clicking ADD TO CART the chosen item will be added to the SHOPPING BAG. This allows to navigate on other pages of the site, before finalizing the order.
In every moment it is possible to add new items or, with the REMOVE ITEM button, you may delete selected ones.
With WISHLIST is possible to compose, while shopping, a list of the favorite articles that will be saved in a dedicated area, with the possibility to see them later on the in the future whenever required.
With PROCEED TO PURCHASE you virtually leave your shopping bag and billing address, delivery address, packaging type and payment type will be requested before CONFIRMATION.
When the order is confirmed you will be introduced to the payment page. The order will be accepted once your bank authorizes the transaction.
The acceptance of the orders is scheduled 7/7 24h (everyday, everytime).
The orders placed during Sunday will be processed from the following Monday morning.

Selecting BANK TRANSFER as a method of payment, the customer send directly an order request to Luxurydepartment.it . Once CONFIRMATION has been clicked your order is automatically confirmed and your order request sent to Luxurydepartment.it customer service. Goods will be shipped only once the payment will be cleared.

2 - FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY

Luxurydepartment.it will deliver in Italy and all over the world for free, thanks to the DHL express service. The products delivered from Luxurydepartment.it are packed properly and carefully to ensure protection of the goods.

2.1 - FREE ASSURANCE

Luxurydepartment.it grants for all the deliveries a free assurance against theft and accidental damage during the shipment. The assurance is valid until the merchandise reaches destination.

2.2 - ORDER FULFILLMENT

Each order, regularly placed and paid, will be shipped within two working days. Shipments all depart from Luxury Department di Gazzaniga(Italy) on working days only, from Monday to Friday.. Orders placed from Saturday to Sunday will be handled on the following Monday.

2.3 - ALWAYS INFORMED

The customer can monitor his shipment status at any time, thanks to DHL service and the tracking number.

2.4 - TYPES OF SHIPMENTS

2.5 - DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is conditioned by the destination of the shipment. Italy :the delivery is estimated within one to two working days from the expedition. European Countries : the delivery is estimated within three working days from the expedition. Extra European Countries : the delivery is estimated within three working days from the expedition. Rest of the world: the delivery is estimated in five to seven days from the moment of despatch with Express Service..

2.6 - SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs for all world destinations is charged to Luxurydepartment.it, so completely free for the customer..

2.7 - TERMS OF DELIVERY

Once the goods reach destination it is the customers duty to carefully inspect the packaging before signing and therfore accepting the parcel. If conditions of the parcel suggest that it has been tampered with or damaged the customer has the right to refuse the delivery. Such issues should be communicated immediatetely to the local DHL office and to Luxurydepartment.it .If the customer refuses delivery all expenses involved in returning the goods to Luxurydepartment.it will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. If the delivery was impossible to make due to the address details provided by the customer at the moment of purchase all expenses involved in returning the goods to Luxurydepartment.it will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

3 - ORDERS INFORMATION

Luxurydepartment.it grants a high level of customer service. It’s possible to receive updates and information about your order status by sending an e-mail.

4 - PURCHASE RETURNS

In case of purchasing mistake, size, or dissatisfaction the Customer can return the unused good within 14 days from the date of reception only if the safety seal attached is neither cut nor broken. The costs of return are paid by the Customer. Worldwide custom duties won’t be refunded.

4.1 RETURN PROCEDURE

In order to return a received item please follow carefully “the return procedure” that we here describe through the following steps:
  1. Send a return request to Luxurydepartment.it within 14 days from the goods receipt. Please include the article you want to return, the motivation and the desired compensation. After having compiled the request Luxurydepartment.it will send a confirmation mail.
  2. The courier (DHL) will be sent to the Customer directly from Luxurydepartment.it. The shipping costs of return are paid by the Customer, this only if the good is shipped back within 14 days.
  3. Two types of compensation are possible:
    Voucher As soon as the return will be received and processed, the Customer will get a code that indicates the value of the product and that can be spent in 3 months starting from the date of return, in one only time. The voucher :
    • Can’t be cumulative with others
    • Must be spent for an order of the same (or more) value
    Refund The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at Luxurydepartment.it after a careful check up.
    For the orders paid with credit card, Paypal or through bank account the amount will be available in the original account.
    Differences in the fluctuation of change won’t be refunded.
  4. The return shipping must be completed within 14 days from the date of the reception of the order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The clothing must be tried for size without removing this card and without damaging the seal. Returns will be accepted only with the safety seal perfectly intact, which may be a plastic seal on wire or in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. We will in no case accept returns with the safety seal chipped, broken, disconnected, removed or tampered with.
  • The clothing mustn’t be used, washed and altered and it must be perfectly in the same conditions of the moment of reception. The sole of the shoes must be in the same conditions of the moment of reception.
  • The items needs to be returned under the same conditions in which they were shipped to the customer and must be wrapped and packed properly including every tags and original boxes and dustbags received.
  • The items returned to Luxurydepartment.it must be shipped from the same country in which the order has been delivered.
  • Luxurydepartment.it reserves the right not to accept the goods delivered and returned to the client at the expense of Luxurydepartment.it or delivered in another place other than Luxurydepartment.it locations.
  • Luxurydepartment.it has the right of refusing non-authorized and non-compliant returns. In this case the goods will be returned to the sender at the original expedition address. The eventual acceptation of those returns involves anyway a 10% charge on the value of the returned item.
For all the others not specifically expressed aspects, it is the European regulation of e-commerce that makes faith.
